The construction of Ellen Gardens, an over 55’s estate located in Ellenbrook’s Town Centre, is progressing well.
The first six homes have been sold and are nearing completion. We’re excited for the first residents to move into their brand new homes in the near future.
When will the next homes be released?
We are excited to announce Dale Alcock have commenced construction on the next 13 homes in Stage 1. These homes will be released when the homes are completed early to mid-2025.
